About Us
Let us introduce ourselves!

We are the Heritage Estates Homeowners Association (HOA) board of directors. We are residents of Heritage Estates and as such, have a strong commitment to making Heritage Estates a wonderful place to live!

There are 5 board positions on the HOA board. Each board member has equal voting rights and all decisions are made as a board, not as individuals.

The 2025 board positions are held by the following neighbors:

President - Position Open
The president is the chief executive officer of the Association. The president calls and presides over all meetings of the Association and the board of directors.

Vice President - Position Open
The executive vice president serves the duties of the president if the president is absent or unable to perform the duties of the office.

Treasurer - James Fetzner - Cypress Drive
The treasurer has the custody of and is responsible for keeping full and accurate accounts of all finances. The treasurer shall disburse the funds of the Association as approved by the board of directors.
