like all official correspondence with us to be in writing.
All correspondence must include the
HOA homeowner's name. Absolutely no anonymous
correspondence will be considered.
Before contacting the Heritage
Estates HOA board, please be advised that the board can only
respond to issues that are distinct to the covenants,
declarations and other Association business. We cannot handle developer or builder complaints. All builder
complaints should be sent directly to your builder and all
developer complaints should be directed to Alan or Gwen
Latta. After considering these limitations in our reach, if
