View Proposals

The HOA board feels that it is important that all HOA homeowners are aware of current proposals being made in the neighborhood. The HOA board welcomes comments or concerns relating to the proposals so that we may make an informed decision knowing if and/or how the proposal will affect the neighboring properties. 

If you have comments or concerns that you would like the HOA board to take into consideration while reviewing any of the below proposals, please email the board at board@heritageestatesHOA.org. Please indicate the proposal number, your street address and your exact comment or concern with the proposal. All communication must include your name. Absolutely no anonymous correspondence will be considered.

All proposals will be posted for 30 days to allow for sufficient time for neighbor input.

Redo existing deck off the back of the house and adding a gable roof over top of it.  Plans can be submitted upon request.

9/3/2016 5051 Harvest Drive 8 X 14 Storage Shed.  Shed will be installed next to driveway on Iris court side of home on concrete pad that has been installed.  Shed siding will be same as siding on home. Approved

Approximately a 12 x14 shingled roof over existing patio in back yard matching color of exterior siding.

7/6/2016 5006 Harvest Drive 10 X 12 shed in the back left corner of the lot. Trees already will partially block view.  Colors will match the house's colors and be wood sided construction or a matching vinyl siding. Walls will be 7 ft tall and the roof pitch will be 6/12 Approved
6/6/2016 5099 Harvest Drive Above ground pool 24 X 54 in back yard.  Upon approval from board if pool is installed this summer it won't be until late July.  Deck that is currently in back of the house will be extended next summer to surround a partial area of pool.  Until the deck is completed a detachable ladder will be in place for safety purposes. Approved
2/15/2016 5029 Cypress Drive Sun room addition on back of house where current patio is located.  21' by 21'  Sliding glass doors around all sides with fire place.  Exterior will match house (white siding). Approved
