Submit a Proposal

Proposals are requests by a homeowner for board approval to make changes to a HOA property relevant to the rules and regulations set forth in the HOA declarations and covenants.  

This proposal page is where a Homeowner would submit a request to the HOA board for approval.  Any items in the declarations or covenants that do not require board approval need not be proposed to the board.  Only items that REQUIRE board approval should be submitted here. For clarification, please see Covenants page.

All proposals should be submitted at least 45 days prior to the commencement of work to allow the board to adequately review the proposal.  In addition, all proposals will be publicly posted online for 30 days to allow for neighbor input. 

If you have a proposal that you would like to make to the board, please fill out and submit the entire form below.  Please explain your proposal in detail including the location of the item (i.e. back yard).  ***Please note that specific details may be requested by the HOA board to thoroughly review the said proposal.
